New Zealand Signs Free Trade Deal with China

The historic New Zealand China Free Trade Agreement was signed by New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Beijing on 7 April 2008.

China is New Zealand’s third largest bilateral trading partner and fourth largest export market. The high quality agreement enhances the opportunities available in China for businesses from New Zealand.
